Each client at UltraFit Tring works with our Team of expert Personal Trainers at all times either in our very popular group fitness classes or in 1-1 sessions. By understanding your lifestyle, personal requirements and goals, our Team are able to establish a bespoke programme that is engaging and inspiring with the appropriate level of motivation and support. Our Founder Christopher Allen, heads up our Team of Expert Personal Trainers, Strength and Rehabilitation Coaches and Physiotherapists who work together to deliver exceptional results from ordinary individuals.

UltraFit Tring is a privately owned Luxury Group Fitness and Personal Training Studio dedicated to the needs of our discerning members. Nestled in the heart of the Tring at the Old Silk Mill Business Park in our Grade II listed building, UltraFit Tring provides an exclusive and intimate environment for training, with the feel of a private members club.

Our Mission

Our programmes include Comprehensive Body Composition Analysis including Body Weight, BMI, Body fat, Water, Skeletal Muscle, Bone Mass, Protein, Calorie and Body Age., a bespoke Healthy Eating Plan, Composition Analysis and complete Head To Toe Physiotherapy support to ensure you continue to work at your best to achieve your goals. Your specific goal remains the primary focus and with the latest assessment equipment we are able to provide clinical, tangible data to measure and demonstrate your progression throughout your training experience.

Whilst, many of our clients are working professionals and their respective family's, each case is unique and all cases considered.
